I'm a Delivery Executive, a bestselling author, and a Nana. And for a long time, I was holding my breath.
Life kept on life-ing — and I kept on showing up. Showing up for work, for family, for everyone who needed me. But somewhere in all of that showing up, I forgot to exhale.
I started noticing it in my colleagues. In my friends. In the women around me who were doing incredible things but running on fumes. Every time I said "we've been out here holding our breath" — I watched something in them relax. Like just hearing those words gave them permission to breathe.
That's when I knew I had to create The Exhale.
A three-day experience for women who have been giving everything — and need a space that gives back.
But The Exhale is not your average sit-in-a-chair-all-day conference. This is a fully immersive experience designed to help women release the weight of life, reconnect with themselves and God, and walk away refreshed, restored, and reminded of who they are outside of everyone else's expectations.
